If you wish to return an item to seewantbuy.com, please forward your seewantbuy.com order confirmation to us via email using the subject line: Return, detailing the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return and a request for a return authorisation number.
All items that are returned MUST be posted via Registered Post. Any item that is not sent via Registered Post and is lost or goes missing will not be credited; therefore it is VERY IMPORTANT that any items are returned via Registered Post.
seewantbuy.com will accept returns that have not been used or worn and are in brand new condition, that have all tags attached, and are returned in their original packaging.
Returned items must be sent back to seewantbuy.com within seven (7) days of receipt of same, in order to receive a full refund.
You may choose a full refund on returned garments (not available on discounted and/or sale items) less the cost of shipping, exchange (if in stock), or a seewantbuy.com online store credit.
If the seewantbuy.com team believe that the item has been damaged or worn, we reserve the right to return the item back to you with no refund or exchange issued.
Sale Items
Discounted and/or sale items can only be sent back for a size exchange (on the same item), and only at the discretion of seewantbuy.com. Should the required size no longer be in stock, seewantbuy.com may choose to issue an online store credit to your membership account.
seewantbuy.com does not accept returns on full-priced items in order that they may be credited or exchanged for the same item at a newly discounted and/or sale price.

Contact us via email (using the subject line: Return) to inform us you will be returning the item, and make note of seewantbuy.com's return authorisation number.

Make sure the item is unworn, in brand new condition, with all tags still attached, and that you still have the invoice of purchase.

Send the unworn item with all tags attached and the invoice of purchase via Registered Post within the seven (7) day timeframe to:

Include your full name, address, telephone number, return authorisation number, and whether you would prefer a refund, exchange, or a seewantbuy.com online store credit. Please also state the way you purchased the item e.g., credit card, PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit.
