These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the seewantbuy.com online store.  By placing an order through seewantbuy.com, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms.  If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms, you may not use the seewantbuy.com online store.


Order Validation and Acceptance
When you place an order through seewantbuy.com, we may verify your method of payment and your shipping address before processing your order.  Your placement of an order via the seewantbuy.com online store is an offer to purchase our products.  seewantbuy.com may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order.  No order shall be considered to be accepted by seewantbuy.com until the product has been shipped.  If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you provided to us with your order.


Quantity Limitations
seewantbuy.com may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time.  seewantbuy.com may reject any order, or any part of any order.


Electronic Communication
When you place an order through the seewantbuy.com online store, you are required to provide a valid email address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order.  You agree that seewantbuy.com will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid email address.


Product Display/Colours
seewantbuy.com attempts to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the website.  However, because the colours you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, seewantbuy.com cannot guarantee that the colour you see on the website matches the product colour exactly.


Pricing and Product Information
seewantbuy.com makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to products, services, and prices displayed on the seewantbuy.com website, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information.  Information relating to seewantbuy.com's products is subject to change without notice.  Prices are subject to change at any time prior to seewantbuy.com's acceptance of your order.  In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with seewantbuy.com, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order.  If you choose to cancel the order, and your payment has already been processed for a purchase, seewantbuy.com will issue a credit to your nominated account in the amount of the charge.


Security and Privacy
The seewantbuy.com online store follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL"), for the transfer of sensitive data over the internet.  When entering your credit card number online, a lock icon will appear in the bottom right of your browser window.  This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information.  A second indication of SSL activation is that the displayed URL will begin with "https."

Payment and Shipment
In most cases, you will not be charged if seewantbuy.com declines to accept your order.  If you have been charged, seewantbuy.com will process a refund.

In the event your shipment will be delayed more than fifteen (15) days after the date of your order, seewantbuy.com will attempt to notify you by email, using the email address you provided with your order, and you may elect to cancel the order.  If you elect to cancel the order, seewantbuy.com will issue a refund.


Shipping and Handling
Generally, all seewantbuy.com credit card orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday, and arrive within 2-3 working days.  Orders placed via PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit are shipped once payment has cleared, which may take 1-3 days, depending on your financial institution.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national public holidays.

Note:  Some remote locations will not receive shipment in the standard 2-3 working days, and make take 3-6 working days, depending on destination.


Goods and Services Tax
seewantbuy.com collects and remits GST taxes as required by Australian law on purchases (and shipping) made via the online store.


Exchanges
If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange the item for another size, please contact us via email (using the subject line: Exchange - Incorrect Sizing) within seven (7) days from the date of receipt and you will be sent a reply containing an exchange authorisation number and instructions on returning the item.

Once the item has been received by seewantbuy.com and undergone a quality control check to ensure the item has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the correct size will be despatched.

Every item in the seewantbuy.com online store undergoes a strict quality control check upon arriving at our premises, however, if you believe you have received a faulty item, please notify us via email (using the subject line: Exchange - Faulty Goods) within seven (7) days from the date of receipt and you will be sent a reply containing an exchange authorisation number and instructions on returning the item.

Please note that items returned for exchange will not be accepted without an exchange authorisation number.


Returns
You may return any full-priced item purchased through the seewantbuy.com online store within seven (7) days of receipt, provided that:

  • The item is unused/unworn, with the tags still in place, and repackaged in its original packaging materials;
  • You contact seewantbuy.com via email (using the subject line: Returns), detailing the reason for the return and requesting a return authorisation number; and
  • You return the item within seven (7) days of receipt of same.

seewantbuy.com does not accept returns on full-priced items in order that they may be credited or exchanged for the same item at a newly discounted and/or sale price.

seewantbuy.com offers size exchanges (on the same item) only on discounted and/or sale items at our own discretion.  Should the required size no longer be in stock, seewantbuy.com may choose to issue an online store credit to your membership account.
