Q: Is there any way I can arrange for my order to be delivered same day? I really need it ASAP!
A: If you live in the greater Sydney metropolitan area, we may be able to arrange same day delivery of your order. However, same day courier delivery fees are extremely expensive, and we charge customers who elect same day delivery the full courier costs, plus a $14.90 special order fee for expedited processing and packing of your order. If you absolutely need your order delivered same day, please email us to make arrangements.

Q: Your TNT Express shipping rates aren't as low as some of the other online shopping websites I've visited, and you charge different rates to ship to different states. How come?
A: The majority of Australian online shopping boutiques stock and sell luxury and medium-to-high priced items, so they can afford to offer one low flat shipping rate, Australia-wide, and absorb the additional courier costs from sales of their stock. seewantbuy.com is committed to bringing our customers the best quality affordable on-trend clothing available, and as such, we simply can't absorb all of the additional courier costs, especially when shipping to our more remote locations, like regional, rural and outback Northern Territory, Queensland and Western Australia.
In addition, we don't think it's fair to charge our customers in metropolitan Sydney or Melbourne a higher flat shipping rate because it's more expensive for us to ship to Northern Territory, Queensland and Western Australia. Customers who find TNT Express shipping too costly are welcome to email us to discuss a possible alternate delivery method.
Labels
Q: Will you be stocking label X at any stage?
A: seewantbuy.com is constantly on the lookout for exciting, fashion-forward labels to add to our online store. There are labels we'd love to stock, but who currently have a "we don't sell online" policy. We're working on bringing them around!
We're also committed to bringing our customers the best quality affordable on-trend fashion, and while there are other labels out there that have a similar "feel" to our current range, sometimes they just don't meet our quality control standards. We want our customers to feel like a million bucks when shopping with us and wearing the items we sell, regardless of how much they've paid for them.

Sizing
Q: Why isn't size X available? Will it ever be available on your site?
A: As a newly launched online fashion boutique, seewantbuy.com has chosen to stock the labels featured in our online store based on several criteria: the on-trend factor of the collections produced by these labels; the quality of the finished garments; and the affordability of the garments.
Most of the labels we currently stock produce limited styles at either end of the size chart. We also take into account whether each individual garment we stock is suitable (and therefore, likely to sell well) for super-slim and/or more shapely women, and we purchase accordingly.
As the seewantbuy.com online store grows, we hope to source and stock labels that carry a more diverse range of sizes. As mentioned above, new sizing and/or label additions to the online store will be announced in our monthly newsletter.
Q: I really like item X, but it's out of stock in my size. Can you order one in for me?
A: If there's a particular item you're interested in that's out of stock in your size, and you'd like to know whether we can source additional stock for you, email us with your enquiry. Please note, however, that the majority of the stock available in the online store is made to specific quantities ordered weeks (sometimes months) in advance, and seewantbuy.com cannot guarantee that we are always able to source additional stock of a particular item.
Important Note: If seewantbuy.com is able to source additional stock of a particular item in your size, and you elect to have us acquire the additional stock on your behalf, you must pre-pay for the item(s) prior to seewantbuy.com arranging delivery with our supplier(s). Furthermore, refunds, exchanges and/or credit notes are not available on "special order" items, so please choose styles and sizing carefully.
We have (unfortunately) had to implement the above policy due to the number of requests we've had to source additional stock in a particular size, only to notify the requestee and have them not make the purchase, or make the purchase, but send it back because they "changed their mind." We love our customers, and we'd much rather spend our time and resources satisfying their requests.
